If for any reason, you want to return a product you have purchased from KHWAAB.COM, you can return the product to us. The following policy applies to all returns, refunds and exchanges.
Any product ( sale items can't be exchanged or refund until unless its damage ) may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided that it is in unused, like-new condition. To return a product, call our Customer Service Center at 020 8586 7777. Be sure to have your order number / receipt number handy. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of all packaging. However if the products are Made-to-measure and tailored , we are not in a position to refund any money at all.

All returns must be ina recorded delivery. Please mention the shop opening timimgs from 11 am -7 pm. All parcels must reach to us within this time. We are not responsible for any parcel lost by the courier company.
All returned products must be returned in the original packaging, including all items originally packaged with the product (documentation, warranty, user’s manual, accessories, etc). Products must be well packed in order to protect against loss or damage. Include the original customer receipt with the returned product.
If you purchased the product from one of our authorized dealers, follow the return instructions provided by the dealer.
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE THE ORIGINAL SALES RECEIPT.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to any of our retail locations. They must be shipped to our Distribution Center at 52, PLASHET GROVE, LONDON, E6 1AE. We will pay for shipping ONLY if the product is being returned due to an error in processing or shipping, or the product is defective. Otherwise, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges for any items returned or exchanged.
When shipping products back to us, retain a copy of the tracking number from the shipping carrier for your records, so you can track the shipment. Products returned more than thirty (14) days from the shipping date will not be refunded or returned to you. We recommend that you insure the shipment against loss or damage.
A restocking fee of £25/- may be charged for products returned that have been damaged by improper packing, or which do not include all components (manuals, accessories, original packaging, etc.). Restocking requirements and fees may vary by type of product.
Damaged Items and Shortages
Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling 02084716444 from 9 AM to 5 PM (GMT Standard Time), Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
Changes to or cancellations of orders must be reported to KHWAAB LONDON within 24 hours after your order is submitted. If you change your mind regarding a product you have ordered and decide to cancel or change the order after it has already shipped, YOU MUST STILL ACCEPT DELIVERY OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. If you refuse to accept delivery, you will still be liable for all shipping fees, brokerage charges and duty payable on the original order and on any products returned to us from the original order.
Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s), including any applicable taxes. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any rebate associated with the returned products will be voided.
For refunds on products paid for by credit card or debit card, a refund will be issued to the credit / debit card used for the original purchase.
For refunds on products paid by check, money order, or wire transfer, your refund will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value. We will not under any circumstances issue a refund check.

For refunds on products paid by BANK TRANSFER or PAY PAL REFUND, a refund check will be issued by mail 3working days from the date we receive the returned merchandise.
No warranty exchanges are available at this time
Clearance items and items sold at a discounted price are sold “AS IS” – no refunds, no returns on these items.
Custom designed & tailored products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns on customized designs and tailored suits and if there are items that are non-returnable, such as sleepwear, undergarments, swimsuits,Jewellery etc.,.]
You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier.

Where all do we deliver
We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. However, Courier companies do not deliver to P.O.Box address, so we request you to provide full street address with pin code / zip code / post code. We send all our parcels through TNT and other partnered Courier agent
No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays in most countries with 5 day work culture. In many Islamic countries Fridays are normal off days. Some times we can try to organize deliveries on Saturdays also at some extra cost on case to case basis.
Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Please note that there are no shipments made from the store on Sundays and public holidays as our logistics partners, do not make any pick-ups on those days.
Shipping cost is not built in each items price. You get the benefit of reduced shipping cost on each additional item. Fair & transparent shipping rates.
Please also note that the shipping rates are weight based. The weight of any product can be found on its detail page. To match the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next 500 grams.
International shipping and handling rates are based on the size of your order: the larger you order, the lower the rate.
We ship all orders by fastest possible air courier services like TNT, UPS, DPD and they deliver within 3-4 days across USA, Europe and all Major cities of Middle and Far East.
If you are looking for alternate shipping options, then cheaper and slower shipping options can be suggested. On request, we can also make special quotes for shipping if the merchandise order amount is large. Please write to : email@example.com.
Please note that all the products will be shipped from United Kingdom &India.
KHWWAB.COM is shipping all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, you do not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. KHWAAB.COM will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal / courier agency.
Shipment and tracking details
We will send you an email regarding the shipment of your order, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier. These alert emails will contain the tracking number and courier companies website details along with expected date of delivery. You may also check the same on our order status page.
Tracking numbers for orders shipped might take maximum 36 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
Address change requests
Once an order is registered, you cannot make any alterations. However, address alteration requests may be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. You may send your alteration request to firstname.lastname@example.org and the needful will be done.
Multiple address order
Currently this option is not available. However, if you want to send the product to different addresses, you can place separate Orders.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please note: some courier companies charge a penalty for incorrect shipping addresses, wherein the address and zip code do not match. The customer will, without exception, bear the cost of any such penalties and/or fees. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
All products are first polythene packed & then put in Post bag or Cardboard boxes. All orders are shipped by first class air courier services and home delivered within approximately 7-8 working days maximum after dispatch of the shipment.
Time to Ship
For each item we have mentioned time to ship along with the item image. These are indicative &approx values only and items can be shipped earlier or later also on case to case basis depending on availability of item and other factors.
It is advisable to email us with the item codes to get more accurate time to ship estimate.
Delivery in Englad takes normally in next working days. In most cases, your order will be processed within 36-48 hours of your placing it. You can expect to receive your order, on average, within 7 -15 business days of placing the order.
What if any Delays
Time to ship mentioned on our website against each items are indicative and approximate values only and sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.
However benefits such as some store credit to be used for future orders, free gift etc can be allowed on case to case basis.
If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping because an item is out of stock or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, we will notify you by e-mail
However any dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it. We may choose to deliver your order in separate parts. In some cases we may offer to refund you for unfulfilled part of the order.
VAT & Custom Duties
VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation.They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
Billing Address and Shipping Address.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
What happens if my order is lost in transit?
If a shipment is lost in transit, we wait for 15 days and then reprocess/reship the order.
